GROOVE-90: The Ultimate Portable Milling Machine


The GROOVE-90, distributed exclusively by AMES, is the ultimate portable milling machine for gypsum drywall panels, plywood, solid wood, aluminum, and more. This German-engineered multi-cutter system precisely cuts V-grooves, allowing drywall contractors to quickly form outside corners, soffits, column wraps, and other structures—without the need for corner bead, joint compound, or joint tape. The result is a flawless corner that won’t crack.

Lightweight and portable, the GROOVE-90 delivers the performance of a stationary machine. It can cut multiple kerfs to create radius profiles or even round columns from gypsum or plywood. Additionally, it can carve rectangular grooves to inlay stylish, functional LED lighting strips for high-end accents.
