Mirka LEROS Orbital Sanding System
Years of development work and a determined focus on ergonomics and user-friendliness resulted in the lightest brushless electric wall and ceiling sander on the market, the Mirka® LEROS. This lightweight sander can be used for longer periods in greater comfort. The Mirka® LEROS is the first wall sander with 180° flexibility on the sanding head, which helps the operator reach surfaces from a better angle and allows a more ergonomic working position. The random orbital movement gives precise responses to the operator’s movements. The special sanding head and backing pad design make it possible to work very close to corners and edges. The fixation point of the sanding head is close to the surface, stabilizing the sanding process. Bluetooth connectivity offers additional features via the myMirka app, helping you to keep track of vibration, speed and usage data.

Flexible Sanding Head
A flexible sanding head enables the tool to easily follow the operator’s movements and permits a more ergonomic working position.
5 mm Random Orbital Movement
The LEROS is much easier to operate compared to traditional rotary sanders. The random orbital movement enables an easy handling of the tool for a better finish, meaning fewer interruptions due to fatigue and less re-working.
Full Force System
Due to the lack of springs and brushes there is no need to press the tool against the wall when sanding. Instead the complete force is transferred to the sanding process.
Brushless Motor Technology
The brushless motor reduces the weight of the tool significantly. In addition, less maintenance is needed since there are no carbon brushes that need to be changed and no loss in efficiency under heavy pressure.
Dust-free
To enable efficient dust-free sanding the shroud has two suction points and a pad that is optimised for Abranet sanding discs. The operator saves time, money, and the working environment is cleaner and healthier.

Great sander!!!!

I bought one of these last summer for way more money than All wall is selling them for. I don't even care. This sander is a game changer. I've been using a Porter Cable for 20 years. I thought I would still use the PC some, I don't. The vac catches almost 100% of the dust. This sander makes sand day ok! It will leave a finished product on all flats. No more pole sanding swirl marks. Its more comfortable and does a better job. Great Sander!
Top of the line

We are running two of these units. I have tried several other brands and find the Mirka to be much better for several reasons.
<br>1; The head flexes easily with no restriction from the dust collection hoses.
<br>2; The random orbital action produces a fine swirl texture that blends very well with the paper on drywall boards. I can run 150 or 120 even and get good finish results. We mounted LED strip lights on ours so its easy to see what's going on.
<br>3; I can sand angles quite well as there is no guard around the edge. A quick pass with an angle cut sponge and it's done.
<br>4; Dust collection is excellent.
<br>5; Control on ceilings is very good. You can run it directly above you which reduces the strain of the weight considerably as compared with having to run at an angle out from your body. It feels stable while wearing stilts and using the extension on high ceilings.

I’ve owned the festool, portercable, flex giraffe, and a couple of brand sanders in the 18 years of doing drywall, none of them compare to the mirkas smooth finish & dust free. It is much lighter & easier to handle than the brands I’ve owned.
