Description:
This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate packing, scanning and shipping of orders as well as receiving inventory items, stocking and basic orderly organization of the warehouse.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Accurate shipment of orders.
2. Timely receiving and stocking of inventory.
3. Ongoing inventory verification.
4. Ability to work under strict deadlines.
5. Provide excellent customer service by following up with customer/vendor inquiries (face-to-face, phone, email and fax) on a timely basis; professional business decorum and high service level.
6. Active listener; ability to determine solutions to problems; possess excellent communication and writing skills.
7. Order tracking, general administration and reporting.
8. Provide clear explanations in a manner that is understandable to the customer and/or team members, both orally and in writing.

Requirements:

1. High school graduate or equivalent required.
2. Recent and relevant experience in a comparable industry.
3. Friendly, positive and personable demeanor.
4. Familiar use of office equipment such as copiers, printers, and fax machines.
5. Excellent general computer skills such as Microsoft Office.
6. Must be thorough and highly detail-oriented with an exceptional level of organization, accuracy and follow through.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to work with little or no supervision.
9. Ability to work with UPS, FedEx and other carriers as needed
10. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
11. Forklift certified a plus!
