How long will it take to get my order?
All-Wall now ships from our Las Vegas Warehouse. Standard shipping for catalog and website orders is UPS ground and can be expected to arrive in 4-6 business days once the order has been processed. Automatic taping tool repair parts are shipped seperately via USPS priority mail unless otherwise specified. Average delivery time is 2-3 business days on automatic taping tool parts orders. 24 Hour shipping.
Standard in-stock merchandise generally ships within 24 hours once the order is placed. Orders placed via All-Wall.com on weekends are generally processed the next business day. Please note that transit times listed are calculated in business days only (excluding weekends and holidays).
What if I need faster shipping?
UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day, among other options, are also available. Once an order has left our facility we cannot change the shipping method, so please contact customer service M-F before 1:00PM Pacific time.
Does All-Wall ship to the UK or other countries?

Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped
UPS 2nd Day Air, and charges are applied during checkout. "Heavy"

What is a "Heavy Item" and does this apply to my order?
A "Heavy Item" has a heavy weight or oversized package, and relates to Air Shipping Only. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, and Worldwide Express - Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to these shipping service levels only. These charges are not reflected in the checkout process, and an All-Wall representative will contact you with additional shipping information after your order is placed. Call
