receiving LTL freight
please note the
following:
- Someone
must be at the delivery
address to receive
the package.
- Please
carefully
inspect item(s) for
damage, including taking
the item(s) out of
the box (Signs of damage
include, but are not
limited to: Broken
or Missing Pallet, Dented
or Ripped Carton, Missing
Carton Securing Straps.
- Note
any damage on the bill
of lading before sending
the driver away.
Damage
is rare, but it is important
to follow this protocol
when receiving freight.
Failure to do so releases
the carrier and All-Wall
from damage liability.
