All-Wall.com offers UPS, FED-EX, USPS, and LTL freight options. Rates are calculated based on location, delivery service, and the package weight (calculated as the dimensional weight - or package size). The shipping estimator in the shopping cart will choose the most economical service available for your selected location. Rates are finalized during checkout once you complete your delivery address. Same day shipping cutoff for USPS is 9:00 AM. All other carriers cutoff time is 12:00 PM Pacific Time.

International Shipping: All-Wall ships around the world! International orders are shipped via Express or Priority service, and transit time is generally 2-3 business days (excluding and customs delays). Every transaction is completed in USD, and your card issuer will complete the currency exchange. Please check with your credit card issuing bank for the current exchange rate.
Canadian Shipments: All-Wall offers Standard Ground Delivery only for orders up to $200.00 USD. Due to excess border brokerage fees for higher dollar amount orders, we can ship Express or Priority for roughly the same charge (These ship methods due not incur brokerage charges, and there is value in faster shipping). All-Wall collects applicable taxes, and covers any border duties. Canadian customers will receive packages to the door without additional fees or taxes.
Worldwide Shipments: Buyer's are required to pay applicable duties, taxes upon delivery. Charges from All-Wall Equipment do not include these fees, and will be collected by the carrier at time of delivery. Please check with your local tax authority for applicable duties and taxes. Buyer's who refuse to pay the associated duties, taxes or brokerage fees will be responsible for the original shipping costs plus the return shipping costs to All-Wall Equipment. Merchandise fees will be issued once items are returned.
LTL Shipping: Items marked as LTL Shipping must be shipped via common carrier truck freight due to size limitations of standard carriers.
Important Info About LTL:
- Order is delivered via truck and trailer, and must delivery address must have adequate access for this type of vehicle.
- It is your responsiblity to have a way off-load the order. Lift gate truck can be specified for an additional fee if you do not have adequate means to off-load the truck
- Someone must be at the delivery address to receive the order
- Order must be inspected for missing items or damaged, and noted on the delivery receipt BEFORE signing
- International orders may incur additional charges for these large items. An All-Wall representative will contact you if there are any difficulties or surcharges associated with an international LTL order.
