Description:
This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate picking of parts for orders and for our repair team. The position also stocks shelves and may double as an Order Picker when needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Picking and packing of orders.
2. Ongoing inventory verification.
3. Stocking shelves.
4. Ability to work under deadlines.
5. Provide excellent customer service by following up with customer/vendor inquiries (face-to-face, phone, email and fax) on a timely basis; professional business decorum and high service level.
6. Active listener; ability to determine solutions to problems; possess excellent communication and writing skills.
7. Provide clear explanations in a manner that is understandable to the customer and/or team members, both orally and in writing.

Requirements:

1. High school graduate or equivalent required.
2. Recent and relevant experience in a comparable industry.
3. Friendly, positive and personable demeanor.
4. Familiar use of office equipment such as copiers, printers, and fax machines.
5. Must be thorough and highly detail-oriented with an exceptional level of organization, accuracy and follow through.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to work with little or no supervision.
8. Ability to work with UPS, FedEx and other carriers as needed
9. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
10. Forklift certified a plus!
